Standard Warranty

All products sold through GET4U.EU come with a 24 month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, technical malfunctions, and material flaws. The warranty period begins from the date of product delivery. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact us for assistance.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

  • Technical issues with the device (e.g., faulty screen, battery, or hardware malfunction)
  • Repairs or replacements for covered defects
What’s Not Covered?

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aging (e.g., scratches, dents)
  • Accidental damage (e.g., water damage, drops)
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • Issues related to software or user-installed apps
  • Batteries beyond the manufacturer’s defined lifespan
Warranty Services

We aim to repair or replace your item within the warranty period at no cost to you, depending on the extent of the issue:

  • Replacement: If a repair is not feasible, we will replace your device with the same model or a comparable one.
  • Refund: In cases where neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will offer a full or partial refund based on the issue.
Extended Warranty

We offer extended warranty options on certain products, which can be purchased during checkout. This allows you to extend your warranty coverage for up to an additional 1 year, ensuring protection beyond the standard period.

Claiming Your Warranty

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps, which may include sending your product back for inspection.
  3. If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or a refund.
Exclusions for Certain Products

Some categories, such as refurbished items or pre-owned devices, may have different warranty conditions. Refurbished items are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the product page for exact warranty terms on refurbished goods.

Authorized Repairs

For repairs under warranty, only authorized repair centers or partners will handle your product to maintain the validity of the warranty. Any repairs performed by unauthorized centers will void the warranty.
